Nosotros acostumbramos los fines de semana a preparar la cena juntos en casa, aprovechando el momento para hablar y compartir.
Pero, en esta oportunidad mi esposo se ocupó con cosas del trabajo y me dijo ¡sorprendeme con la cena hoy! Y yo como buena improvisadora que soy me las ingenie y prepare está rica Cena Para dos; hice carne, cebollas caramelizadas y papas fritas, así prepararnos unos ricos panes con carne, que me quedaron para chuparse los dedos como dicen por ahí. 😅
La comida la hice súper rápido 🤭 pique la carne en tiras, 🥩 cocine solo son salsas (soya y ajo), pique la cebolla en julianas las sofreí con mantequilla, aceite y sal, cuando estuvieron ya cocinas les agregué azúcar y dejé que se caramelizaran, por último frei las papas. 🍟 Luego nosostros mismos armamos los panes a nuestro gusto, pero básicamente fue abrir el pan colocar la carne, cebolla caramelizada, papas y listo lo acompañamos con un tinto de verano que también me quedo en el punto.🍷

But, this time my husband was busy with work and he told me to surprise me with dinner today! And I as a good improviser that I am, I managed to prepare this delicious dinner for two; I made meat, caramelized onions and french fries, so I could prepare some delicious meatloaves, which were finger-licking good as they say. 😅
I made the food super fast 🤭 I chopped the meat into strips, 🥩 I cooked only the sauces (soy and garlic), I chopped the onion into julienne strips and fried them with butter, oil and salt, when they were already cooked I added sugar and let them caramelize, finally I fried the potatoes. Then we assembled the breads ourselves to our liking, but basically it was to open the bread and place the meat, caramelized onion, potatoes and ready, we accompanied it with a summer red wine that I also kept at the point.
