I’m usually on the truck with my brother, today he had court, so I got stuck with my bosses‘ father. 

Story time: 

First time I worked with the old man, about 5 months ago, he tells me about a female he was interested in. This female is an ex girlfriend of his younger son. [Yes, you read correctly] This is Maury-show material. So the young lady is half his age. Dated his son for about 4 months. Son brakes up with girl, and kicks her out of his home. With no place to go, the young lady was desperate. The old man offers his house to the girl, until she’s able to get on her feet, and move out. He goes and stays with a “buddy”. Sleeping on someone else’s sofa to provide a comfortable stay for the girl. For 7 months the girl, along with her 3 year old daughter stood rent free at the old man’s house. Real “gentleman“ like, until he started creeping around the house looking for some “action”. He grows feelings for the girl, and even starts to feel entitled to some kind of intimate relationship. 

The woman would entertain the old man, but always turn him down. “You’re too old for me”, was her common response when the old man flirted. Obviously misleading him and taking advantage, but the old man knows this. At his age he enjoys playing the “cat n mouse” game, the chase is exciting for him. 

Fast forwarding a bit to the present date... He’s telling me about his viagra pills that he gets from his doctor. I was trying to get him to sell me one for $10, but he refused. He then explains that he sells all 7 pills (that’s all he's prescibed, per month) to a friend, that gives him $200 for all 7. He goes on to tell me that he uses the money to help pay off the 4 thousand dollar electic bill the girl ran-up during her stay. I couldn’t believe my ears!!

A silent pause, as what I just heard processed through my brain. “So let me get this correct”, I said; “You wasted 7 months chasing some “buns” trying use those pills, to end up having to sell the pills to make some extra money to pay for the electric bill those buns racked up while heating up in your oven”.  I immediately broke out in tears, literally laughing my ass off. My old work parnter for the day, got so mad he called up his son (My boss, to clarify it’s not the same son who’s ex he was trying to nail), “I’m turning this truck around!!”, he threatened. I guess he didn’t find it too funny. 

So in this video, he’s clearly upset with me. I wish I wouldv’e recorded the entire conversation,  I turned on the camera right after he blew his fuse. I was trying to change the subject and make peace.
