! [ENGLISH]

September has come to an end—a month of ups and downs for me, a month that brought me rest, a sprained foot, and lovely moments to share, as well as pleasant times. One month ends and another begins; without a doubt, the months are flying by, and the most beautiful month of the year—December—is drawing ever closer. I didn’t want September to go by so quickly.

Looking at the photos from September, I realized it was a really good month, despite a few things that weren’t so great—like the fact that I sprained my left foot. Even so, looking through the photos, I see that God was very good to me, since He allowed me to go to so many places and spend time with my family, even with my injured foot. Often, we see the glass as half empty when, in reality, it’s fuller than ever.

This month I was able to spend time with my mother’s side of the family; I was able to attend the triplets’ 15th birthday party. I thought I wouldn’t be able to go because it had only been eight days since my foot injury, but I was able to walk and even dance the waltz, chat with family, see people I hadn’t seen in a long time, talk and laugh, and reminisce about our childhood—it was real. This birthday brought back fond memories and created new family bonds that were needed to bring the family closer together.

Another highlight was going out with my friends to another birthday party, celebrating with them, and then enjoying a good conversation and a delicious dinner of hot dogs—it’s not so much about the food as it is about the good company and conversation.

In addition to this, we went out several times as a family; we were all able to share good times—going out to eat, going for walks, and going to the beach. So September was a month that really surprised me. Just imagine—if it was like this with my foot, I can’t imagine what it would have been like otherwise. I give thanks to God, who has allowed me to be well and to be able to do so many things.
