Ch1~ This was a nice little introduction to the world and characters though it will take a bit of getting used to since this is a heavy fantasy world I think (I mean that in the good way). The map is SO busy and complicated lol, I keep having to check back when it mentions anything and then squint to search for the place they're talking about.
Ch2~ We barely spent any time with Ogion It felt way too short, I wanted to see much more of his character since he is all mysterious and 'master of the ways of magic' and stuff I hope we get to see more of him at some point
Ch4~ Ged is getting too arrogant now....I mean it makes sense since he is young and all...and he has been praised for learning faster than others but still he is being so reckless I am glad towards the end he has learned his lesson a little bit, despite that horror of the shadow... I think for him though, this was the experience he needed to truly know how dangerous the magic can be if used improperly and now he can mature a bit more.
the chapters are very kind of 'episodic' please, I can't think of the word my brain is complete mush today ...like each chapter goes on for as long as that chapter in his life does?? I like that and haven't read a book with this kind of formula for a bit I mean I haven't read many books for a while so that's probably why Although I have to say sometimes the writing can be so...I'm not sure how to put it but a little confusing to read with some sentences. It might be because I am just losing focus so easily today but sometimes I find myself just reading some of the sentences like yes i understand this yes.
