New investment is not coming to HBD because there is no way to get into HBD.

The primary way to buy HBD is the internal market. HBD is trading at $0.938 . It is extremely easy to buy HIVE and then exchange it for HBD. This internal market seems to process a decent volume of orders a day. It is common to see transactions in the $100 to $500 range.

The Polycub swap is another avenue for buying HBD.

The only real difficulty is that one needs a HIVE account to open an HBD savings account. But that is not much of a barrier either.

If 20% HBD was in demand, it would be trading at a dollar or more. NOTE, if HBD rises above $1.05; then people could make money converting HIVE to HBD.

The fact that price keeps falling into the low 90s shows that the coin is not popular.
