Hola Hivers 驴C贸mo los a tratado este mes? Recuerden que Enero tiene 89 d铆as pero despu茅s febrero hasta abril pasa en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.
En este post vengo a compartirles mi sencilla preparaci贸n de sopa de pollo con fideos que mi mam谩 ha estado pidiendo hace unos d铆as, dici茅ndome: Hija, cuando venga de la iglesia haz una sopita de las tuyas. (Mi madre es Cristiana Evang茅lica Pentecost茅s conservador.)
Me puse manos a la obra.
Me levant茅 temprano (Mi gata es mi despertador) mi mami estaba saliendo para la iglesia, mientras hac铆a el desayuno para Apolo (Al fin le puse nombre al perrito 馃榿) Mar铆a Tijeras y para m铆, entre en Escency para comentar algunos post y publicar algunas cositas sencillas como yo 馃槈 en escency waves.
Emprend铆 camino hacia el mercado como a las nueve de la ma帽ana para poder conseguir las carnes antes de que se acabaran, los chinos en Venezuela normalmente dominan el mercado y son los que tienen los precios m谩s populares.
A mitad de camino me consegu铆 a mi hermano que estaba hablando con un ex compa帽ero de trabajo. Ten铆an una escandalosa conversaci贸n sobre respuestos de bicicletas. 馃槅
Al llegar al mercado compr茅 lo que necesitaba y algunas verduras y vegetales para la sopa junto a dos paquetes de fideos de pollo.
Nos regresamos a la casa y mi madre ya hab铆a montado a cocinar el pollo as铆 que solo tuve que picar todos los ingredientes.
Mi t茅cnica de preparaci贸n es que coloco todos los ingredientes juntos para que se cocinen al mismo tiempo y no por partes porque siento que tarda m谩s y el hambre es mucho, de 煤ltimo hecho los fideos junto a su mezcla en polvo y un poquito de sal.

No es la gran cosa pero les puedo asegurar que me queda muy sabrosa y lo confirmo porque perro y gato no te comen cualquier cosa.

In this post I come to share with you my simple preparation of chicken noodle soup that my mother has been asking for a few days ago, telling me: Daughter, when I come home from church make some of your own soup. (My mother is Christian Conservative Evangelical Pentecost.)
I got to work.
I got up early (My cat is my alarm clock) my mom was leaving for church, while I was making breakfast for Apolo (I finally named the dog 馃榿) Mar铆a Tijeras and for me, I went to Escency to comment on some posts and publish some simple things like me 馃槈 in escency waves.
I started heading to the market around nine in the morning so I could get the meats before they ran out. The Chinese in Venezuela normally dominate the market and are the ones with the most popular prices.
Halfway there I caught up with my brother who was talking to a former co-worker. They were having a scandalous conversation about bicycle parts. 馃槅
When I got to the market I bought what I needed and some vegetables and greens for the soup along with two packages of chicken noodles.
We returned home and my mother had already started cooking the chicken so I just had to chop all the ingredients.
My preparation technique is that I place all the ingredients together so that they cook at the same time and not in parts because I feel that it takes longer and the hunger is great, lastly I make the noodles together with their powder mixture and a little salt.
And this is the result:
It's not a big deal but I can assure you that it is very tasty and I confirm it because dogs and cats don't eat just anything.
