Saludos queridos amigos de esta comunidad! ayer me enteré de esta iniciativa tan linda gracias a mi amiga @chacald.dcymt quien compartio el post y me ánimo, esta iniciativa fue propuesta por @alexa.art y la verdad quede encantada, esta celebración mexicana y toda la místicas en relación a ella me parece increible, para este maquillaje me inspire en la Catrina que aparece en la película animada El libro de la Vida, les compartiré mi proceso para realizar este maquillaje espero que les guste.

Greetings dear friends of this community! yesterday I found out about this beautiful initiative thanks to my friend @chacald.dcymt who shared the post and encouraged me, this initiative was proposed by @alexa.art and the truth I was delighted, this Mexican celebration and all the mysticism related to it seems incredible to me, for this makeup I was inspired by the Catrina that appears in the animated film The Book of Life, I will share my process to make this makeup I hope you like.

Lo primero que hice fue aplicar una capa de base muy clara, para ello he empleado una esponja y la esparcido muy bien por todo el rostro cuello y parte de mi pecho y hombros, seguidamente comencé a dibujar sobre la nariz la cavidad nasal.

The first thing I did was to apply a layer of very light base, for this I used a sponge and spread it very well all over the face, neck and part of my chest and shoulders, then I began to draw on the nose and nasal cavity.

Luego rellene esta forma y comencé a dibujar esta vez la cavidad del cráneo donde se ubican los ojos, primero dibuje el contorno con un delineador de ojos negro y luego lo rellene, dejando dolo el párpado móvil sin colorear al igual que una parte del párpado inferior, el cual coloree luego con un color azul y difumina usando un pincel.

Then I filled this shape and started to draw this time the cavity of the skull where the eyes are located, first I drew the outline with a black eyeliner and then I filled it, leaving the mobile eyelid uncolored as well as a part of the lower eyelid, which I then colored with a blue color and blurred using a brush.

Seguidamente repetí el proceso en el otro lado, luego con un lápiz de labios rojo dibuje unos semicírculo alrededor de la cavidad de los ojos.

Then I repeated the process on the other side, then with a red lipstick I drew a semicircle around the eye socket.

Luego tomé algo de sombra de ojos dorada y coloree dentro de cada uno de los semicírculo alrededor de los ojos, también dibuje algunos puntos un corazón y una cruz en la frente y entre ambos ojos.

Then I took some gold eyeshadow and colored inside each of the semicircles around the eyes, I also drew some dots a heart and a cross on the forehead and between both eyes.

Intente hacer algunos arabescos en color amarillo, pero no resultaron tan bien, pues en la imagen de referencia son de color dorado y no contaba con un producto de ese color para este caso, continúe entonces coloreando los labios de color rojo y dibuje y dibuje unas líneas verticales en medio, para luego colocar el resto de los accesorios de este maquillaje como las flores las cuales muestro el proceso más adelante y mi sombrero de ala larga que siempre me acompaña.

I tried to make some yellow arabesques, but they didn't turn out so well, because in the reference image they are golden and I didn't have a product of that color for this case, so I continued coloring the lips in red and drew and drew some vertical lines in the middle, then I placed the rest of the accessories of this makeup like the flowers which I show the process later and my long brimmed hat that always accompanies me.

En realidad cuando decidí hacer este maquillaje, esto fue lo primero que hice porque desde el inicio había decidido hacer a esta catrina, así que necesitaba par de flores amarillas, lo primero fue marcar 8 círculos en colo naranja y dos en color amarillo, luego los coloque juntos y dibuje una flor de 6 pétalos y los recorte, luego les di forma con mis manos y los peque juntos con el amarillo al frente, hice una borla de color rojo la cual peque justo en medio, luego pegue unos ganchitos atrás para poder sujetarlo de mi cabello y estuvo listo para iniciar mi maquillaje.

Actually when I decided to do this makeup, this was the first thing I did because from the beginning I had decided to make this catrina, so I needed a pair of yellow flowers, the first thing I did was to mark 8 circles in orange and two in yellow, then I put them together and drew a flower of 6 petals and cut them out, then I shaped them with my hands and put them together with the yellow in front, I made a red tassel which I put right in the middle, then I stuck some little hooks in the back to hold it to my hair and it was ready to start my makeup.
