Hi friends! At the beginning of July, my wife and I took a short trip to the Carpathians. I wrote several posts about it. However, I did not share with you the most important thing - images and descriptions of mushrooms that I met during my trip to the Carpathians 😉. So, one fine day, my wife and I decided to go on a trip to the Khomyaki hunting grounds. We started our hike from the village of Tatariv, where the checkpoint to the Huk waterfall is located. Our road initially ran through the forest, but where there is a forest, there are mushrooms, especially in the Carpathians)). The first ones I saw were Boletus scaber. Although it's an edible mushroom, I didn't even think to take them with me because we had a long climb ahead of us, and what would I do with mushrooms in a hotel room?
Привіт, друзі! На початку липня я з дружиною здійснив невеличку мандрівку в Карпати. Я написав про це декілька повідомлень. Проте я не поділився з вами найголовнішим - зображеннями та описами грибів, які я зустрів під час своєї подорожі по Карпатах 😉. Отож одного погожого дня я з дружиною вирішили здійснити похід на полонину Хом'яків. Ми розпочали свій піший похід від села Татарів, там де розташований контрольно-пропускний пункт до водоспаду Гук. Наша дорога спочатку пролягала через ліс, ну а де ліс - там і гриби, особливо в Карпатах)). Першими я побачив підберезників (Boletus scaber). Хоча це їстівний гриб, я навіть не думав брати їх з собою, бо нас чекав довгий підйом, та й що б я робив із грибами в готельному номері?

A little further, at the beginning of a dark beech forest, I came across chanterelle mushrooms. Maybe if there were more than two of them, I wouldn't be able to resist and start collecting them 😉.
Трохи далі, на початку темного букового лісу, мені трапилися лисички. Можливо, якби їх було б більше, ніж дві, я б не втримався і почав їх збирати 😉.

And here are poisonous toadstools Amanita pantherina. They seem to have lined up for me to photograph them)).
А ось і отруйні пантерні мухомори (Amanita pantherina). Вони наче вишикувалися для того, щоб я їх сфотографував)).

And here is a handsome oak mushroom Suillellus luridus that was sticking out near the path we were climbing 🙂 It seems that he was bitten a little by a slug, but his wounds have healed and he seems to see us on with a stern look.
А ось і красень дубовик (Suillellus luridus), що виструнчився біля стежки, якою ми піднімалися 🙂. Здається, що його трохи погриз слимак, але його рани зарубцювалися і він наче суворим поглядом проводжає нас далі.

You could often see wooden mushrooms Fomes fomentarius on the trees along the way, this added a touch of mysticism and fabulousness to our journey.
На деревах вздовж шляху часто можна було побачити справжні трутовики (Fomes fomentarius), що додавало нашій мандрівці дещицю містичності та казковості.

So we went to the polonyna. There are probably not so many mushrooms in the mountain meadows, but we will also return through the forest, albeit by a different route, and there will definitely be a lot of mushrooms there 😉.
Ось ми і вийшли на полонину. На гірських луках грибів, мабуть, не так багато, але ми будемо повертатися також лісом, хоча й іншим шляхом і там обов'язково ще буде багато грибів 😉.
