Para poder hablar con propiedad del tema, recurro al mataburro mejor conocido como Diccionario (así le decía mi padre cuando la mini Yen era insistente con alguna pregunta) así que recurro a investigar como en la vieja escuela:

Así que dado ésta definición mas la introducción a esta Iniciativa del mes de marzo, voy a escudriñar a continuación cómo la satisfacción ha estado presente en mi vida:
Empecé a trabajar desde los 12 años en un negocio familiar, era una distribuidora que vendía al mayor y al detal todo para el hogar, ferretería y restaurant, imagínate que fuimos proveedores de empresas grandes tales como Maxi (ya no existe) Rattan, entre otros, empezamos vendiendo solo vasos y platos, paso a paso fuimos creciendo, nuestros clientes eran desde familias, agencias de festejos, posadas, buhoneros, pequeños trailers de perro calientes y hamburguesas… de todo se conseguía ahí.
La consentidera no aplicaba para mí como los chamos de ahora, mis hermanos y yo hacíamos de todo, menos descargar un camión, no nos dejaban jajaja! aunque era una responsabilidad que todos debíamos manejar ese barco, nunca lo sentí como impuesto a juro sino que lo disfruté muchísimo, cumplir también con los deberes escolares y del hogar, (Bueh, ahí si flojeábamos más, en la casa) así pasaron mis años de liceo, universidad y buenos años mas hasta que por circunstancias de la vida tuvimos que cerrar.
Quien haya tenido un negocio propio sabe el dolor que causa no poder seguirlo ¡Tantos años y tener que cerrar da una frustración grande!, pero; comenzar de cero trabajando para otras compañías, aprender nuevas formas de hacer las cosas, compartir con otras personas hizo que viera todo desde otro punto de vista mas óptimo.
Empecé estudiando informática y terminé estudiando turismo, mi universidad fue una gran satisfacción así como diplomados y estudios varios logrados porque fueron producto de un buen esfuerzo, viajar de madrugada a Caracas, trabajar, llegar tardísimo a casa en ocasiones por falta de transporte u otros motivos, hizo que cada sacrificio valiera la pena, sentirme orgullosa de que si se puede, ¡No tiene precio!

Anécdotas hay muchas, pero puedo hacer hincapié por ejemplo, en una empresa donde trabajaba de lunes a lunes, sueldo mínimo, duré un año completico y sin posiblidades de un cambio favorable, me retiré en buena lid porque considero que siempre se deben dejar puertas abiertas, al poco tiempo (6 meses realmente) conseguí un empleo temporal de un mes y medio donde trabajé como asistente de un plan vacacional y gané mucho mas de lo que obtuve por un año en la empresa anterior.
Hice un buen mercado, compartí con mis seres queridos y de paso me di unos gustos personales comprando aquí y allá… primera vez en mi vida que me daba tantos gustos a nivel económico, sentía que lo merecia por un trabajo bien logrado, la satisfacción que tenía era enorme y me motivó a mejorar más, a salir de la zona del confort.
Crecí, representando a otras empresas en eventos de turismo internacional y luego mi propia empresa, lo había contemplado, que a mis 33 años tendría todo eso listo, con tal personal, que debía tener tales requerimientos y todo eso lo logré a los 32.

ACTUALIDAD
Nuevamente estoy en una empresa familiar, el ramo es muy distinto, ahora es asesoría administrativa ¡Que tal! la diferencia es que el jefe principal no está, ya que cambió de paisaje, (mi padre) sin embargo; la familia sigue junta a la par de sus propios caminos personales y profesionales, sí, sigo con el turismo y también puedo decir que soy una
CREADORA DE CONTENIDO EN LA WEB 3.0.
Casi con dos años en la plataforma, con actitud de ballena pero todavía soy un cangrejito en la inmensa arena jajaja, ¡Vaya que me divertido y disfrutado aquí! ¡He conocido tanta gente! vamos creciendo en conjunto como comunidad, aprendiendo a programar, hablar de códigos y del mundo cripto me hace pensar que la informática como que me está persiguiendo jajaja!
Aquí he plasmado creatividad y dibujos de la mini Yen interna y esto como consecuencia a traido que gané un segundo lugar de la Mascota del Hive Meetup Argentina y dos diseños de logos:

Claro, ¿A un 100 ? no, hay mucho que avanzar, mejorar, a nivel personal hay objetivos y metas que cumplir aún, pero con la gracia de Dios lo lograré.

My brothers and I did everything except unloading a truck, they wouldn't let us hahaha! although it was a responsibility that we all had to handle that ship, I never felt it was an imposition but I enjoyed it very much, also fulfilling school and home duties, (well, there we were lazy, at home) so I spent my high school years, college and good years until by circumstances of life we had to close down.
Whoever has had their own business knows the pain of not being able to continue it for so many years and having to close it is very frustrating, but starting from scratch working for other companies, learning new ways of doing things, sharing with other people made me see everything from a different point of view.
I started studying computer science and ended up studying tourism, my university was a great satisfaction as well as diplomas and various studies achieved because they were the product of a good effort, traveling early in the morning to the city of Caracas from Los Valles del Tuy, is an hour away and even more, work, get home very late sometimes for lack of transportation or other reasons, made every sacrifice worth it, feel proud that if you can, it is priceless!

Anecdotes there are many, but I can highlight for example, a company where I worked from Monday to Monday, minimum wage, I lasted a full year and without the possibility of a favorable change, I retired in a good way because I believe that doors should always be left open, soon after (6 months actually) I got a temporary job for a month and a half where I worked as an assistant of a vacation plan and earned much more than I got for a year in the previous company.
I did a good market, I shared with my loved ones and I gave myself some personal whims buying here and there... the first time in my life that I gave myself so many whims at an economic level, and I felt that I deserved it for a job well done, the satisfaction I had was huge and motivated me to improve more, to get out of the comfort zone.
I was growing, representing other companies in international tourism events and then my own company, I had contemplated, that at 33 years I would have all that ready, with such a staff, who demanded so much from me and all that I achieved at 32 years.

Again I am in a family business, and the branch is very different, now it is management consulting. WEB 3.0 CONTENT CREATOR.
Almost two years on the platform, with a whale attitude but still a little crab in the huge sand hahaha, I've had so much fun and enjoyment here! I've met so many people! we are growing together as a community, learning to program, and talking about code and the crypto world makes me think that computer science is chasing me hahaha!
