HOLA mis queridas y apreciadas damas amigas de esta comunidad, ¡tiempo sin compartir con ustedes! Aquí estoy de vuelta para contestar lo mejor posible las preguntas que se ven sencillas pero que siempre te ponen a pensar un poco con su toque de complejidad por donde se mire.
Así que vamos al grano de una vez:
2️⃣ ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro a nivel profesional o laboral, tal vez un proyecto que te hizo sentir orgulloso o algo que hiciste por tu cuenta y que sólo tú podrías haber hecho en casa o en tu lugar de trabajo?
Cuando estudié la carrera de turismo vi una cantidad de materias curriculares tan diferentes y geniales todas me encantaban, tales como: Teoría y Técnica del Turismo, Recreación, Organización de eventos y protocolo, Técnicas operaciones, Tráfico aéreo 1 y 2 también… solo por mencionar algunas, yo cada vez que veía una clase de éstas pensaba: Cuando yo me gradúe voy a trabajar en las diferentes ramas, diferentes empresas y luego tendré mi empresa.
Me gradué de 22 años de edad y tardé en conseguir empleo unos cuantos años, no fue fácil porque no tenía la experiencia, incluso una vez un gerente de una agencia de viajes me dijo: ¡Eres muy linda, muy graduada, mucho diploma, pero no tienes experiencia! Entre otras cosas que no vale la pena mencionar, a lo cual contesté al final con toda la serenidad del mundo; Ok muy bien, pero ¿Cómo pretende que los recién graduados vamos a tener cómo 5 años de experiencia si ustedes quienes pueden facilitar las oportunidades no la otorgan?

Me fui molesta y decepcionada, toqué puertas, pero no dejé me amilanara, no dejé llevarme por la preocupación y aproveché mi tiempo en cursos de ofimática a su vez teníamos un negocio familiar y disfrutaba trabajar con los míos, llegó el internet y abrí mi primer correo, pensé debe ser profesional e interesante, que nadie lo tenga e identifiquen que soy yo, así nació @yenmendt.
Hasta que una vez se me presentó la oportunidad de trabajar para una empresa de eventos en la cual fui recepcionista por un año trabajando de lunes a lunes, en ése tiempo salió un concurso para estudiar un diplomado importantísimo en mi área, ingresé los recaudos necesarios y quedé seleccionada, fueron 6 meses intensos, pero aprendí muchísimo.

En mi menté siempre tuve la idea de trabajar por mi cuenta, tener mi empresa, decía a los 33 años lo lograré y así fue, a los 32 años ya estaba participando en una Rueda de Negocios en una Feria Internacional de Turismo en mi país precioso Venezuela ¡promocionando mis servicios cómo Agente de Viajes! Ya tenía experiencia porque había trabajado en varias áreas y decidí que había llegado mi momento y así fue.

Me siento muy orgullosa en la actualidad de mi camino recorrido cómo turismóloga y ahora ilustradora de modas también, nuestros caminos se fortalecen cuando decidimos arriesgarnos y apostar por nuestro futuro tomando las oportunidades que se nos presentan sin titubear, pero mi mayor logro es que aún tengo a mi hermosa familia, lo demás viene por añadidura.

2️⃣ What has been your greatest achievement at a professional or work level, perhaps a project that made you feel proud or something you did on your own and that only you could have done at home or at your workplace?
When I studied tourism I saw a lot of curricular subjects so different and great, I loved them all, like Theory and Technique of Tourism, Recreation, Event Organization and Protocol, Operations Techniques, Air Traffic 1 and 2 as well... to mention a few, every time I saw one of these classes I thought: When I graduate I will work in different branches, different companies and then I will have my own company.
I graduated at the age of 22 and it took me several years to get a job, it was not easy because I had no experience, even once a manager of a travel agency told me: You are very pretty, very graduated, a lot of diplomae, but you have no experience! Among other things that are not worth mentioning, to which I answered at the end with all the serenity in the world; Ok very well, but how are we recent graduates going to have experience if you who can facilitate the opportunities do not grant it? I thanked him for his attention and left.
I left upset and disappointed, I tried other jobs but I didn't get results either, but I didn't let myself get discouraged, I didn't let myself worry and I took advantage of my time in the office automation courses, at the same time we had a family business and I enjoyed working with my family, the internet arrived and I opened my first email, I thought it should be professional and interesting, so no one would have it and know it was me, that's how @yenmendt was born.
Until once I had the opportunity to work for an events company where I was a receptionist for a year working from Monday to Monday, at that time there was a contest to study a very important diploma in my area, I submitted the necessary documents and was selected, it was an intense 6 months, but I learned a lot.
In my mind I always had the idea of working on my own, to have my own company, I said at the age of 33 I will achieve it and so it was, at the age of 32 I was already participating in a Business Roundtable at an International Tourism Fair in my beautiful country Venezuela promoting my services as a Travel Agent! I already had experience because I had worked in several areas and I decided that my time had come and so it was.

I feel very proud today of my journey as a tourist and now fashion illustrator as well, our paths are strengthened when we decide to take risks and bet on our future by taking the opportunities that come our way without hesitation, but my greatest achievement is that I still have my beautiful family, the rest comes in addition.
