On this beautiful day of today we continue to the rhythm of music with the 7 push-ups but I am combining them with the push-ups of legs picking them up to the front.

I like to combine the exercises to increase the intensity and make them a little more complex and work more muscle groups. The exercise is also very consistent and disciplined if we want to see great results in the physical part of our body. This great movement also makes us beautiful and healthy.
