Hello lovely hivers and hello Wednesday walk community. I hope you are having a good day today. It's a gloomy weather here now and for sure the rain will pour later as the sky is totally dark.
Today is the day that we are assigned on preparing for the food that we will give to the children of day care center for the feeding program. Everyday there's a group of parents who are assigned for the preparation of the food. Our daycare center in our baranggay has no kitchen that's why we need to cook the food on one of the parents that are near in the day care center.
One of the mommies approach me yesterday asking if I am included on todays group and told me that we need to cook the creamy carbonara in thier house. We look for the other members to come with us because we need to cook 30 packs of creamy carbonara.
This is the mother of Chloe and Paulyn. We were walking going to the house of Alexa's grandmother. Thier house is near in the school and she also make a volunteer to cook in thier house.
This is the side of our elementary school and a few walks away is the house of the Alexa's grandmother.
Thier house is pretty big like wooaa I hope we have a big and peaceful house and peaceful place like this as I really want to live in a silent place away from the Marites and Marisol of the town.
We went to the kitchen and start cooking.
First we opened the packs and separate the macaroni pasta, seasoning, oil and vitameena. Vitameena is the food supplement that needs to add on the food.
We assigned each other to cut different sachet to make it fast. After reading the instruction the grandmother of Alexa prepare for the casserole and water to boil for the pasta.
While preparing we had a little conversation about our children and also our lives like getting to know each other because it our first time to talk to each other. I also shared to them my online hustle hoping that they will get interested but it seems they not hehe.
One of the parents already chatted on our group chat asking if what time will the pasta will be cook because it's already recess time. We didn't expect that the pasta will be cook for too long because we thought that it's just an instant noodles but not.
When the pasta already cook we already mix the seasoning and went faster to the school. Because of being busy serving and preparing for the feeding program I didn't manage to captured some photo of the food before we serve it only this one. My son didn't like the creamy carbonara that's why I am the one who eat it because that's the rules. We have lots of left over when the children finished eating and it seems they didn't like the creamy carbonara.
After the feeding program we clean the classroom and wash the dishes.
