I got random thought of a fine piece of art, credit by @benfearnley.studio
Something sentences stuck in my head "in case of emergency break the glass" then I prepared my random phrase in my head "I can eat glass it doesn't hurt me" and then I Google it, bingo something finding at Wikipedia, this one stole the show a project that was viral from alum Harvard. Wtf weird what these hypotheses mean.
This phrase has many impermanent meanings in google (Mean is not fixed).
So I want to get them out here as my garbage thought.
What does some person do in case of emergency? Most person will break the glass and then eat the inside, but some person will do vice versa and eating the piece of glass. Sound crazy? It is not scary as imagined.
However in the end, how to put proportion in the situation and practice from the expectation if the worst will happen 180° (think badly in advance in case it will happen, otherwise, it's a reward). So they realize that their body and their mind are fine (not surprised) if anything happens it doesn't matter.
I thought to be sensitive person or other is not going easy and sometimes can get tired. Like the way animals make body defends from bad things that will happen like natural disasters. And it can be contagious - sometimes +/- depends on how life, where, when, time.
