Yesterday, while reviewing the possibility of carrying out waterproofing work on the roof of one of the emblematic buildings of Caracas, such as the Las Delicias Tower located on Av. Libertador, its fame is due to the fact that in other times the Ex-President Carlos Andrés Pérez, had his offices and business center there.
