Working with the ‘use what you have’ principle, here’s a meal I came up with the other day.
Cut up turkey breasts (more protein, less fat) and mixed them with carrots, onions and orange slices (yes, orange slices :) I had a bit of tomato & threw that in the mix as well
After stirring this batch in a bow with some virgin olive oil and spices, I put it in my trusty air fryer at 360 degrees for around 15 minutes.
Half way through, I took a peek and stirred it up.
I served this healthy, tasty mix over pasta & just added gravy sauce. The next day, I had leftovers and added grated Parmesan cheese as well as a little steamed broccoli. No fuss, no muss.
