Good evening, #Monomad friends

Seeing the world differently sometimes helps us understand things better.

Today was different. I ended up not having much time to spend with myself, or even to go to the gym to train. To do my daily therapy session.

Stop. Close my eyes. Let my body rest. Feel the weight of your body touching the ground. Feeling the air enter your body. Inhale... and exhale. Feel your heart beating... slowly but consistently. Everything we think we'll continue to have more of in half an hour's time may no longer be the case. Even a simple heartbeat, despite being very similar to the previous ones, and the next ones, is always unique.

Just like the flowers I saw today. Colorful, like so many others, but all different. Even if I can't tell them apart. I chose the ones that impressed me the most. Either because of their color, shape or symmetry.

And I abandoned the colors on the palette. All of them! I simply left the most elementary of what could characterize them...
