I don't care much about conforming to aesthetic standards. Of course, some things about my body bother me a lot, but they bother me because they bother me personally, you know? Not because someone told me that a certain part wasn't pretty and needed to be changed. That might sound a little confusing, but I think you get the idea, right?

In my 35 years, I've changed a lot aesthetically. I've changed my hair color, cut, and texture many times because I could, I wanted to, and I did. I've gained weight, lost weight, and gained weight again. Now I'm in the process of losing it again, and I'm doing it by going to the gym and exercising when I can.

But not everything I want to change about my body I can do on my own. So, of course, I would get some plastic surgery if I had the extra money. It's not a priority.

Without a doubt, the first procedure I would have is a rhinoplasty. I have a bump on the top of my nose that really bothers me. I ALWAYS edit my nose in photos. I would like to narrow the bridge of my nose and slightly lift the tip. I would also like to widen the nostrils a bit. Just like I do in photos. Hahahaha 🤷‍♀️

Other surgeries I would have include liposculpting to my hips, the famous 'hip dips' - which are indentations between the outer thigh and the waist - and a thigh lift on the inner thighs. This lift wouldn't be purely aesthetic, as the fat in this area often causes chafing.

Finally, and most controversially, a mastopexy and breast reduction. I don't like having large breasts, and I also have a lot of back pain due to the excess weight. A mastopexy, which lifts and firms the breasts, combined with a volume reduction, would alleviate this pain and greatly improve my posture. It would also give me a more balanced and aesthetically pleasing body contour.

Oh, and the photos I used in this post are unprocessed, just with a color filter. Which is basically a miracle, but I wanted to show exactly how the parts I want to change currently look. Heh
