Joining from what I've learnt is that in life, there is one other thing that you always know and I learnt that therapy was that I wasn't always pretending my peace.
A lot of time I was avoiding conversation that required me to be vulnerable, uncomfortable. I was in that panicking end where I don't want anything to bother, a lot is to keep body in my heart without spurring it out and allowing people to do what is in their mind.
There's a moment you just keep those maturity and voice out all your pain, pour out your heart so that you'll be free and you can live a peaceful life on yourself without no one interrupting you. That is how life has always been.
