After running 28km last week, I felt my left knee a little uncomfortable. Later, I ran two times. It wasn't painful, but there was a feeling that I could not express clearly. Given that I got the opportunity to attend the Shanghai Marathon, I decided to stop running in the next few days.
This weekend, I did two or three sets of yoga exercises on the rooftop. I looked at the sun rising slowly while standing, I stared at the clear sky when laying on the cushion, and I felt the breeze on my face in the middle of exercising. These moments made me think how beautiful life is.
Recently my mom has started dancing. She felt embarrassed before and was afraid to dance in public. I told her that other people would not look at her while dancing and doing exercise every day could be helpful to her health. After I persuaded her several times, she began to accept that. This morning I helped her download the show for exercising in spare time. I hope my parents could have a good body in their late life and not be suffered from diseases.
Yesterday I did pull-up. I have never done before. I only finished two or three each set. Finally I almost did 20 push-ups. To be honest, I never thought I'd made it. Recently I added push-up and sit-up to my routine. This change makes me a little stronger. I love the feeling.
No change, no growth.
