SWIFT is an outdated, costly, and slow system built on 2008 technologies, predating Crypto.
SWIFT is costly ($20-80 per transaction), slow, and not time sensitive. It takes between 2 and 8 days to process a transnational.
Ripple is cheap ($2 for $1000.00 dollars), fast and time sensitive. It takes 8 seconds to process a transaction.
Ripple works, and banks are signing on.
It takes time for banks to change course like a big oil tanker takes 5 to 8 miles to stop or turn 90 degrees. Banks are the key to the success of Ripple, as are those who provide votes of confidence by buying the coin. No buyers, no confidence. Negative comments without basis are NOISE>. I hear a lot of noise. More like a cacophony of noise.
So, what does anyone expect to happen in 1-2 weeks? Do we expect; instant approval, all banks signing on to Ripple right away, and everyone throwing their cash into this NOW???
It takes 9 months for a baby to be born, and it takes < a second to be stupid.
I am tired of the stupid comments regarding instantaneous profit and increases in investors. Give Ripple time to be born.
Doubters create negative confidence influences on everyone. If you believe it is not, it is not. Like betting that baby will die. I bet your mother would not appreciate you telling her you think your baby will probably die.

Stupid wants the baby ripped out right now, thinking of immediate results, not the process. The process is key.
Only you are responsible for the investments you made, not others. Quit blaming others and take responsibility for being stupid. That will be quite an undertaking.
