The concept is simple. At the end of each episode, you'll be given a set of options. These options dictate where the story goes next. Read the episode, then leave a comment with the number of the path you wish to take. Each future episode will start with whichever option got the most votes in the previous episode... voting ends whenever I start writing the next episode.
Your Adventure, Episode 1
You wake up to the smell of wet leaves and animal piss. It's really dark.
You try to sit up, but what feels like thick rope around your neck and waist is keeping you firmly pressed against the damp ground. You wonder where the hell you are.
Your eyes gradually adjust to the weak beams of dim moonlight that have managed to creep their way past the tall, leafy branches of the trees around you. You try to get up again but the rope is really tight.
As you struggle, a deep voice in the shadows barks at you to stay still. You freeze for a moment, in shock - after all, you thought you were alone.
How the hell did you get here? Who does that voice belong to? And what should you do next?
You have three options:
- Ask the mysterious voice for more information
- Try to get back to sleep and hope this is all one big nightmare
- Feel around the ground for something useful - your arms are not restricted
