Just decided to make something a little different today:
Homemade garlic knots stuffed with buffalo chicken!
I鈥檓 actually kind of impressed they came out the way they did. They were very fluffy on the outside with a nice juicy bite of the spicy chicken. All I did was season the chicken with some hot sauce, a little Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, butter and a little ranch dressing. Then sliced some green onions and put some cheese in there before stuffing the garlic knots. That was basically it! 馃憤馃徏
I鈥檓 not an expert in the kitchen so I鈥檓 pretty proud of these bad boys.
