🥇 Hiking – Walking along the city walls – Gibralfaro Castle in its forest park 📷 Málaga – Spain by avdesing@avdesing

A first glimpse of a woodland park can give us an idea of what it will be like to explore it in its entirety, but once you step inside, there are so many possibilities that you realise a quick stroll won’t be enough to enjoy every step and every moment. With every step, you discover a new path to explore, and those possibilities are the most wonderful thing about exploring the city and every corner of it, and even more so when it comes to nature.

🥈 Altamira, Chacao Municipality, Miranda State by jesuslnrs@jesuslnrs

Altamira is a very beautiful area in the Chacao Municipality of Miranda State, which is also part of Venezuela’s Capital District. Although I once worked in this area, I now live far from Altamira; this makes me appreciate every trip to Chacao, and lately, I’ve been able to visit several times a month for various reasons. The urban landscapes are truly special and inspire me to take all sorts of photographs, including shots of Altamira’s Plaza Francia, a place I’ve already written about in a couple of past posts.

🥉 Piñango, the capital of Bolo Andino | Piñango, capital del Bolo Andino ⛰️ by noalys@noalys

After visiting Alto El Paramito, Ricardo decided to continue on to the town of Piñango, with the intention of spending the night there since it was already past 5 p.m., but I honestly wanted to go back to Timotes—however, I trusted his decision.
