Hey, hey! This is gabrielatravels@gabrielatravels, and I am excited to bring you a brand new edition of #TravelDigest! ❤️

Today's post is going to take you on a virtual tour with stops at a cathedral in Cuba, a beach in Portugal, and a park in Philippines. We also have the honourable mentions, where you can get a few more travel postcards from Venezuela, Cuba, Portugal, and Italy, so don't forget to check these posts too! 😊

🥇 Música convertida en piedra. - Music Turned into Stone. [Esp-Eng] by jcalvoparapar@jcalvoparapar

Every detail evokes the past. Every undulating cut in the stone reflects the dedication of bygone craftsmen in their pursuit of beauty. Its stained-glass windows, its bare stone walls that occasionally reveal marine fossils embedded within their blocks, and its asymmetrical towers all imbue it with an endless sense of authenticity, offering observant visitors a wealth of details to discover if they pause to admire it.

🥈 Visit Portugal - Angeiras by portugalcoin@portugalcoin

The walk starts on a wooden boardwalk that drops down through the dunes before opening onto the beach. Angeiras sits in the parish of Lavra, part of the municipality of Matosinhos, and it holds a Blue Flag, which tells you the water quality here is taken seriously even though the beach itself still looks refreshingly untamed. In the distance I could just make out another walker and their dog, two tiny shapes on a very big stretch of sand.

🥉 Exploring Sky Ranch Baguio, A Colorful Amusement Park by esciisc@esciisc

Of course, we can’t miss the park’s iconic Ferris wheel! The Baguio Eye features enclosed gondolas that take you high above the park. I also took some photos of the attractions while riding it. It’s a nice way to see the park from above!
