🥇 Wednesday Walk : Praia Boca do Rio, Lagos (Portugal) by heroldius@heroldius

For this #WednesdayWalk hosted by tattoodjay, we're staying in Portugal in the very beautiful Algarve region to visit the beach Praia Boca do Rio not very far from Lagos. I stayed in this region for more than a week. But it wasn't enough, so much to do and see. There are beautiful beaches all along the coast like Boca do Rio between Luz and Figueira. It was a very pleasant morning...

🥈 A Stroll Along Chicago's Navy Pier by coquicoin@coquicoin

On our trip to Chicago last June, we set aside one afternoon to take a stroll around the Navy Pier area. This pier has an amusement park, several cafes, and restaurants. It’s a pretty touristy area, which isn’t usually the kind of place that appeals to me the most when I want to explore a city. But we wanted to go there to enjoy the views of the lake and the Chicago skyline on a summer afternoon.

🥉 Walk to the Materuni waterfall and coffee tour by friendlymoose@friendlymoose

The Materuni village is located on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. To get there we had quite a bumpy ride. The area is very fertile because of the volcanic soils and abundant rainfall. You can notice this because the area is very green. The locals also grow a lot of fruits and coffee on the hills.
