The avalanche of details struck my eyes, and I didn’t know where to look: at the central ceiling vault, at the incredible altars that reigned at the front, or at the beautiful stained-glass windows that gave the space a mystical, artistic two-dimensionality I had never seen anywhere else I’d visited before. The silence that reigned made you forget the bustle of the city—the hustle and bustle that had vanished the moment I stepped through the main door.

@hindaviAfter spending a long time walking across the rocks and exploring the interesting corners along the islets, we finally left the seaside and headed towards the Visitor Center. The restaurant was very crowded, with every table occupied, so we decided not to wait for a seat. Instead, we went directly into the museum section.

It is one of the very few temples in India where the presiding deity represents the Hindu Trinity — Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Brahma. The three lord combined into a single. It is one of the rare temple of the trinity in India.
