Hello everyone! This is @ybanezkim26 and I'll present today's edition of Travel Digest. In our featured posts, we have a fort in Rajasthan, India, a waterfall in Cataratas del Iguazu, Argentina, and a piazza in Lucca, Italy. Enjoy and keep on pinning your travel posts to the map!
The red pin is the main attraction of Jodhpur City, an enormous castle called Mehrangarh Fort, and there is a natural area to the North. I thought it could be two in one: views of the castle and nature with wildlife combined in one walk. You can also see on the map that the castle opens up to the West at this area. That means going there in the late afternoon is the best idea.

Our long motorcycle road trip across South America led us to the Iguazú Falls. They are located on the border between Argentina and Brazil and form one of the most impressive natural spectacles on the continent. On the Argentine side, they are found in the heart of the "Parque Nacional Iguazú", a subtropical reserve listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From the very entrance, you are enveloped by dense and lush vegetation where vines, palm trees, and bamboo intertwine. The roar of the falls, distant at first, gradually grows stronger until it becomes omnipresent. The Argentine site contains nearly 80% of the Iguaçu system, making it the largest and most immersive side to explore. Here, you don’t just observe the falls: you live them, approach them, and absorb their energy.

I had already learned that in Italy, coffee is not just a drink, it's almost a philosophy, I think, just like in Portugal. And perhaps it was this liquid energy that led me to explore another part of this enchanting city called Lucca. The destination was Piazza Napoleone and the Palazzo Ducale.
Lucca is a city that is discovered slowly, almost in silence. It is not noisy like Rome, nor frenetic like Florence. Here, time seems to have its own rhythm, a gentle beat. And Piazza Napoleone is its most elegant heart, that place where history, architecture, and daily life intersect without haste.
