Over last summer I took the family to visit Banff National Park. In fact we were there to attend the graduation of my nephew who was finishing the master's program from University of Alberta, Edmonton, in computer science. Now he is doing a PhD there, and so we contunue to visit when we can. After the graduation party, we thought we better take the opportunity to visit the Banff National Park that is nearby. We have visited both Banff and Jasper National Park earlier, but didn't get to spend enough time around Lake Louise.

Today we are at one of the holiest city called Vrindavan at District Mathura of UttarPradesh, India. At this place lord Krishna Spend his childhood and most of his life. There are temples in every street of Vrindavan dedicated to lord Krishna and his beloved Radhe Rani. Among some famous temples Prem Mandir is the one I visited first. But getting in was really difficult. There were people from all over the world who also wish to get inside and take blessings.
I came here by taking bus from Chandigarh to Gurgaon and then to Vrindavan, I was a long journey but as soon as i saw the temple and entered mathura, all my tiredness went away. Instantly I felt a connection, it felt like I'm a local from Vrindavan and I know the place by heart.

Today I鈥檓 back with what I hope is an interesting post, one that I actually intended to share yesterday. Unfortunately, work kept me very busy, but today I want to tell you about Montignoso鈥攁 place I didn鈥檛 know about either until my friend Fabio, a birdwatching enthusiast, introduced me to it. Montignoso is a town of 10,000 residents located in the province of Massa Carrara in Tuscany. I鈥檓 sure many of you haven鈥檛 heard of it, but it鈥檚 near a very famous area, not just in Italy but internationally鈥攖he Versilia鈥攁 vacation destination for many Italians and foreign visitors alike.
