This is one of the oldest cities in Central Asia and the place where Alexander the Great founded the most distant Greek settlement — Alexandria Eschate, which preserved Hellenistic culture for about 300 years. Later, Khujand was part of various countries and empires, including the USSR, and is now the second largest city in Tajikistan.

@curamaxJurong Lake Gardens came to mind, knowing that this area doesn’t attract large crowds. Since I’ve never visited before, I figured it was the perfect time and opportunity to check it out. I started my trip from City Hall MRT station, heading to the Jurong East district. There are plenty of ways to get to Jurong Lake, and among those options, I chose to stop at Chinese Garden MRT station. It seemed like the most direct route to the part of the lake I wanted to explore.

@selflessgemOne of the beautiful historical destinations when we visit Baguio City is the "BELL CHURCH", in Balili, La Trinidad, Benguet. It was situated on the border to Baguio City and La Trinidad Benguet, an elaborate Chinese Taoist Temple. It is a temple of religious, historical, and cultural significance for the local Chinese Filipino community of the province.
