Introduction

Welcome to today's Travel Digest. I'm glecerioberto@glecerioberto, and we're off to another trip around the world. We have the top 3 winners from Portugal, Canada, and Czechia! We're also stopping by a few places as we circle the Earth. There's a Temple in Singapore, a Monastery in Serbia, a Waterfall in the Philippines, a Garden in Spain, and more! Enjoy!

Our winners today

🥇 The castle garden in Holešov, another piece of history of this small town / Zámecká zahrada v Holešově, další kousek historie tohoto městečka by rostik924@rostik924

The chateau park in Holešov is a unique example of the development of garden architecture from the Baroque period to the 19th century. The whole reconstruction of the castle was originally conceived as a classic water castle, the water areas had an economic character as ponds, they also served to drain the surroundings of the castle and created a reservoir for the moat.

🥈 Wednesday Walk Challenge : Réserve Faunique Papineau Labelle (Canada) by heroldius@heroldius

As we arrived a little late on the first evening, our first walk around the area only took place on Saturday morning, when we went to discover the Ruisseau Noir (Black Creek) not far from the campsite. This little stream lives up to its name because of the dark color of its water, due to the earth and the shade of the trees that surround it.

🥉 The "Mijona" beach trail🧭 / Sendero playa la "Mijona"🚵🏻‍♀️ (En-Es) by biologistbrito@biologistbrito

Greetings adventurous friends! Today I am in the area of Sesimbra, 40km from Lisbon, to do one of the strangest trails I have ever done. I had read on several pages that there is a strange phenomenon in this area, since at any time of the year we can see a lot of fog rising up the mountain from the Atlantic. This phenomenon makes the landscape look like something out of a "fantasy" movie. My goal is to walk in the middle of nowhere along a short trail that will take us to a little-known beach that will reveal itself from the middle of the fog. This beach is called "Mijona".🧭🚵🏻‍♀️
