I forgive myself that I haven’t seen, realised and understood how I am making things all about me and what my needs are, and within this creating a belief that I am being ignored or not included in another’s actions and words.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into an old pattern of behaviour where I will make assumptions that I am not desirable or worthy and that another doesn’t find me attractive any longer, thus I forgive myself that I am not looking at the whole situation and just focusing on me and being hard on myself as a form of self punishment.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge another as bad or disrespectful because they are not giving me the attention that I believe I need, because I haven’t seen, realised that they are going through something themselves, and within this it isn't necessarily about me.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a belief that I am not worthy or that in-fact I need another to show me how worthy I am so that I can validate myself as worthy.
I forgive myself that that I haven’t seen, realised and understood how I am not giving myself a chance to have intimacy with myself and then when I am not receiving it from another it is their fault, without seeing how I am creating a resistance to intimacy because I am fearful of truly facing myself as In-to-me I see.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create a belief that i cannot have a relationship with myself, and that I need another to complete me in someway, in that I am not whole and enough on my own.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become so focused on others and fixing them, that I have not cared for me and made myself second best in my minds eye.
I forgive myself that I haven’t seen, realised and understood how I am making ‘things, points’ all about others and within this who I am in relation to them rather than who I am in relation to myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ‘disrespect’ myself as someone who is not worth respecting through my accepted and allowed belief that I am not worthy.
I forgive myself that I have reacted to myself in frustration because I have been accepting and allowing myself to let this pattern of lack of self worth to exist within me and then within this resist facing it, through putting it on another and making them responsible for my happiness as I see it in my minds eye.
I see/realise and understand how when I am experiencing myself as worthy and cared for I will project that out and this is who I will be as whole person.
I commit myself to practice self care and worthiness, through redefining and living the words worthy and care.
I commit myself to stop and breathe and forgive each and every time I see/experience myself as unloved, unworthy and I start to project it out on to another in an attempt to make them love me and make me worthy.
I commit myself to not blame myself for how another experiences themselves, through reminding myself that I am worthy and I am cared for by myself as an act of self love through walking my process of equality and oneness, because when this exists within me I will no longer ‘need’ another to give it to me.
I commit myself to unconditionally give myself the care that I require and to allow myself to be intimate with myself by letting go of false beliefs that I am not worthy of care or love.
