Little Fishs and The Pool

There are more fishs in The Sea. Some Whales, More Dolphin, and commonly there are massive minnows. But, if in the sea there is not any foods for the minnows, as little fish, minnows maybe can't survive. It is Sea still looks good without the minnows?

How about The Sea of Steem?
For Big Fishs, it is not a big problem to survive in Steem because have more resources.
But, to the minnows, must strugles to get some foods. To Get Some Upvote. And the minnows must be careful about "a trap" of wrong tag when can affected with downvotes come. Minnows must careful about requirements and warning territories to the minnows.
Minnows usually, even always afraid about downvotes. Downvotes are Deadly to the minnows.

Minnows, as a little fish ideally must feeds by upvotes to make grows.

I think a Downvote to the minnows make the minnows "be poisoned". When get upvotes as foods are difficult to minnows, but minnows easy get downvotes. This very scary to the minnows.

How about The Pool?
Pool like small community with less resources.
There many Pool too besides the big sea. The Little Pool and the little fish.
How the minnows in a pool survive without support from big fishs. Little pool maybe does't have big fish.
But, what is it the minnows still needs in the pool. or, minnows must jumping to the sea to find fortunity?

Little Fish must always swimming in thr Pool.
