Today is mid autumn festival. The moon is the biggest and in a perfect round shape ever during the lunar calendar.
Kids love eating 馃 so I made this special dish for them tonight.
I don鈥檛 know what鈥檚 name of this red hairy looking fruit
But inside is almost like a lichee, white and sweet but not as juicy.
I used garden lettuce and tomatoes made a beautiful Greek salad.
My daughter gave me ideas on decorating the moo cake dish with fruits. It looks so pretty 馃グ
