Since my squirrels grew up in captivity and cannot be returned to the wild, taking care of their varied and balanced diet is my concern. In autumn, people collect what people eat in the forest, and I collect what squirrels like. For example, acorns. And of course they get what grows in our garden. I never treat my plants with any chemicals, so I can safely give fruit from my garden to my animals. My friend had a terrible experience when her guinea pig died after eating a green salad bought in the store. That's why I try not to repeat such mistakes.
