I had the opportunity to visit my neighbor who's always complaining that I don't visit her at all. I'm not the visiting type and she knows it but she just likes being on my toes so.... I had to visit just so she could leave me alone.
She has a dog which she sees as a best friend; dogs from the start have always been man's best friend. He wagged his tail when he saw me showing excitement and even led me to sit down. I was surprised though and she laughed at her dog's action, we both did.
When she went back to the kitchen to continue with the food preparation she had started before I arrived (she was preparing curry chicken) the aroma coming from the kitchen was heavenly. I sat back in her living room waiting for her to finish since she didn't ask for my help plus it was my first time at her house. I'm not that up and going type so I sat put.
The dog came around after looking at me for a while and tried humping me but I shook him off immediately and he left to whine at one corner of the house. After whining for as long as he could, he returned again jumping and playing around.
Minutes later, she was done cooking and brought the food. It smelt really nice. I immediately felt like using the bathroom and hurried to do so after I was shown where. When I got out to feast on the delicious looking curry, I found the dog stealing the food and looking up to see if anyone was coming just like what a real thief would do.
I stepped in for him to see me and when he did, guess what? We got into a staring competition then he suddenly took his gaze away and began staring using side vision just like what a child would do after he or she has done something wrong. I almost got scared that this dog was a human who had turned into a dog and was sold to her. I'm not used to dogs so I don't know what they really do.
We kept looking at each other and taking our eyes off even after my friend came back to be with us. She noticed our gazes and giggled then she whispered "watch out what he'll do next". I couldn't wait to see what he'd do and before I knew it, he got up from where he sat to look at me, turned his butt purposefully to my direction and walked in style like what I see in toons to his cage. When he entered, he slammed the door shut.
I found myself rolling on the floor laughing and imagining what kind of a dog he is cause I'm thinking of getting one which will make me laugh as hard as I did at my friend's. I laughed till tears got out of my eyes, you needed to see what was happening, I regretted not having to video what was going on maybe because I wasn't actually with my mobile phone.
When I wanted to leave, I went to him in his cage to say goodbye and he growled at me. "oh the little boy is mad that I looked at him for stealing my delicious curry". My friend bursted out laughing after she learnt what he did that caused the drama between us. I left him to growl in his cage lest he bite my hands off for trespassing 馃ぃ.
