MY FIRST AND RE-INTRODUCTORY POST ON HIVE!!!

With so much excitement and joy resulting from the lunch of Hive and taking advantage of @theycallmedan's kind of contest per se to write something about Hive.

BACKGROUND

My name is Wilfred Patrick from Nigeria and I'm known here as @willspatrick.

I'm 21 years old, currently studying Computer Engineering at the University of Uyo in Nigeria. I'm also a software developer 💻 (still undergoing training tho).

Life isn't easy for anyone cos at some point you need to stand up for yourself, build it, know the things you're good at and try to see ways to make money. So as a student, I do some menial jobs as well so I could have some money in my pocket.

I do entertain people with music🎶 and I got a stage name to be DJ Willo. I've been in the business for about five years now.
In my capability, I also do other jobs if called upon to.
I love listening to music, playing video games, chess, watching football and coding.

WHAT I FEEL ABOUT HIVE

Before I say what I feel about Hive, permit me to say a Lil about Steem.
Steem before now was seen by many people to be a liberation in society in years to come.
Like I usually define Steem as a reward for passion, and that's what attracted me to the community back then.
I was rewarded for playing and doing some football drills organized by @andregray, @headcoach and @oracled.
I also took part in reviewing some Dapps and got rewards from @oracled and @utopian. I also recognize @nathanmars for his support always.
It was inspiring and great back then until my device got bad that I had to go off for a while.

All thanks to God that recently I got a new device and here comes Hive.

When Steem looked like it has failed us, Hive comes to the rescue. This is enough reason for me and the community in extension to make it outstanding.

I believe there's no stronger bond than a group of people with one heart and mind and that's the Hive community, and this will be a driving force for Hive.

I'm not good at writing, but I trust that Hive will bring the best out in me. A lot of migration is going on right now from steemit to Hive. All of these are for the betterment of Hive.

Hive being a decentralized social platform, which rewards content creators with crypto has taken off a good flight and it's now left for us the community to keep pushing till it gets to its peak.
