🍷 图一，是当晚聚会的西餐厅环境照。挑高屋顶、温暖灯光、窗外绿植与自然光交织，像极了电影镜头里的“高级感”，但实际却更像一次安心而温馨的公司家庭聚会。
🌸 图二，是一个我永远记得的“插曲”：我们特别准备了一束花，在大家不知情的情况下，送给一位表现优异的女员工，感谢她在近期工作中默默付出。这种突如其来的肯定，让她眼眶泛红，也让我们所有人心里都亮了一下。
🪪 图三，是我桌上的专属嘉宾牌。对企业来说，这是一张纸卡；但对我来说，这是一个被尊重、被记住的瞬间。
💐 图四，是当天的餐桌中心装饰——由莫桑比克本地员工亲手插制的鲜花，颜色明亮，花型舒展，既有热带的奔放，也有非洲大地的自然力量。我甚至记得那花香，比当天的甜点还要清新。

Day 23: Flowers, Surprises & A Celebration That Felt Like Family
📅 On May 20th, our company hosted a cozy celebration with over 60 people to mark a key milestone. While the business details stay off the record, the emotions, colors, and kindness of that evening are something I had to write down.
🍷 Photo 1 shows the beautiful Western-style restaurant where we gathered—high ceilings, warm lighting, lush greenery outside the windows. It felt less like a corporate dinner, more like a heartfelt family reunion.
🌸 Photo 2 captures the surprise of the night: a bouquet presented to one outstanding female colleague for her quiet dedication. Her teary eyes and the collective smile from everyone in the room reminded us—gratitude is the softest kind of power.
🪪 Photo 3 is a name card placed at my seat. Maybe just a piece of paper to the organizer—but to me, it meant being seen, valued, and included.
💐 Photo 4: the table centerpiece—an arrangement of real tropical flowers, handcrafted by our Mozambican staff. Vibrant, free-spirited, and full of life. I can still remember the scent. It was even sweeter than dessert.
