What are the different effects on health if I regularly use hard water, including drinking?

Regular use of hard water predisposes the user to several health hazards which includes, but not limited to the these:

1) Ecema and Skin Diseases. Since hard water is laden with insoluble minerals, soaps does not clean the skin thoroughly during bathing exercise. The result is several skin diseases. The skin becomes whitish due to the presence of mineral deposits in the skin after bathing.

2) Vascular Diseases : When consumed as table water or for cooking purposes, the minerals are deposited along the Vascular canals of veins, arteries, heart etc. These vessels becomes clogged with time leading to diseases like High blood pressure and heart attack!

3)When taken moderately, hard water is an efficient source of required minerals for proper body functioning. Thus it enhance good health as most desired micro and macro nutrients are made available through drinking of hard water!

It should be noted however, that hard water containing poisonous minerals like lead should be avoided as much as possible!!
