It would be extremely difficult to say with certainty if the global population is speaking or otherwise. This is because technology has enabled what we're considered as not possible hitherto , very easy to be accomplished.
Determining factors like food availability, Global peace devoid of genocidal conflicts , savvy medical health care are still available , though needed to be improved upon!
Nwe agricultural feet's , like hydroponics and brred hybridization which could enable much more food with limited resources are now very much within easy accomplishment.
It is therefore safe to convincingly submit that global population would continue to grow steadily within the next decades , even in the next millennia!!
