The other day I went to the local beach and saw the Bird scooters for hire. I took one out for a ride and had an absolute ball! I sped up and down the shared walkway with bicycles and those on foot. The ocean was a breath away and I could feel the wind on my cheeks. The freedom I felt was unexplainable. I felt like I was 10 again and I had just got my racer. I wanted to scoot around all day!
So the next day I was browsing online to see how much they were.........needless to say I bought my own using my steem!!!!! I opted for a Segway Ninebot!

In sports mode this electric scooter travels a max of 13mph (depends on the weight of the rider), is comfortable to stand on and super easy to use. Responses are quick and you can go on average about 10miles without recharging the battery (weight dependent). It has a small head light so you are visible and is pretty good on steep slopes (weight dependent). I have zoomed around the neighborhood and it does well on pavement. It has solid rubber tyres so can navigate asphalt but its a bit of a bumpy ride!
All I can say is that this electric scooter is fantastic. It feels great to zoom around and be closer to nature as you have full view of the surroundings. In cities I think these can be quite handy as they fold up and are portable.
