I had a best friend named Denial and he has two more brothers William and Jacob and his mother Alex died and then his father John has to marry someone in order to take care of his children’s from the city of New York. One day the children’s ask to his father about his new wife and told him that she only want money .On the other day his father concern a lawyer and ask him to write a Will for his children’s before writing his Current Will he had to do estate planning in order to take care of his children’s after his death same as insurance. After that on the other day he died due to heart attack and doesn’t recorded his Will and his children’s and wife got angry with each other because her wife only wants his all wealth that John was giving to his children’s but accidently he died and recorded no Will. So due to legal Will when someone doesn’t record his Will all of his wealth is donated to a charity and the children’s and wife got nothing of his wealth because he has neither done Estate Planning nor recorded Current Will.
