Nothing in here will help new users want to come here, which is the crux of the problem. They are trying to fix the wrong things. Instead of figuring out how to get and keep more people here, they are

Most are relying on the steemit.com nodes... most will go down when/if steemit goes down unless they can afford to operate their own. Most cannot.

They are wrong more often than not, but got it right this time.

Looks more like the beginning of that chart where we have shorter correction, then blow off top. Then a very long correction coming afterwards.
