why smile?
we walk this earth with a blank stare,
watching the clocks tick-tock and time fly by,
why?
because its a mad rush and we say that time is just so rare.
due to our youth and economic state,
we spend our life chasing a dream and chasing a high,
why?
because we wish to terminate our troubles and control our fate,
but we can all come together and succeed,
in a peaceful protest that clears the sky,
why?
to let that ray of sun shine through and help us be freed.
so why cry when you can smile?
help one another,
be kind,
be loving,
don't look back in anger,
smile to the future.
