I found out about Soba and Udon Chiyoda, a Japanese restaurant in Phnom Penh from a dude I met while having a puff in local bar. I ordered the udon and croquettes with kimchi on the side and a Sapporo beer. It was awesome! The best udon noodles I've ever had. In Cambodia!? It's weird how good things come to you in the places you least expect. Lucky!
