How do I get more familiarity? A Chinese restaurant owner devised an unprecedented discount campaign: customers with large breasts need to pay less.
Whether women with a big cup size now run the door at restaurant Trendy Schrimp in the Chinese city of Hangzhou is the question. But one thing is for sure: the restaurant is famous in one blow. From the Asian news site Shangaiist to the BBC: The promotional action is about the world.
Cup size G
Start this month, the owner of fish restaurant Trendy Shrimp opened a poster with seven women in bra. The larger the cup size the higher the discount was in the accompanying text. Women with cup size A receive a discount of 5 percent. Who has cup size G, gets the most discount: 65 percent.
There was no discount for men. One rather sexist particle, so Shanghaiist fakes up.
More customers
Neighborhood residents were angry about the poster and complained, the local newspaper reports Qianjiang Evening Post. But there can not be business manager Lan Shenggang of the restaurant: he says it has never been so busy.
According to him, 20 percent entered more customers. Pr stunt managed so it seems. However, he has removed the poster after the complaints.
Thick men and short skirts
China appears to have a tradition in remarkable discount actions. By 2015, attractive people had to pay less at an eatery in Zhengzhou. Soon after, thick men and thin women were cheaper in a tent in Chongqing. And in Shandong, women got a discount when wearing a short skirt.
