It seems like just about every morning I wake up to kittens crying and I can't always tell where it is coming from. This morning I was surprised when I looked toward my dresser to find two of Rivers babies were wandering around. River seemed to be beside herself not knowing what to do. She walked back and forth trying to herd them back into the nest even going so far as to try and pick one up. Realizing it's head was a bit too big for her mouth she decided to crawl back into the corner. The tiger kitten managed to find it's way back in but the orange baby needed a little help.
After they were settled in for breakfast I decided it was time to change Champs bandage. Today did not go as smoothly as yesterday. He was quite vocal during the time I was cleaning his foot and trying to give him his oral medicine. He managed to worry Kitty who tried to get into the carrier with him. I opted to give him the hour before giving him the medicine. Kitty would barely leave him until he was back with her. His sister is doing better as well. Her foot is still a bit swollen but it does not seem to be as big as it was.
