One of my favourite cocktails! Mojito! Refreshing lime, mint and sparkling water and some lovely rum! Can't go wrong with that! I love all kind of twists on the mojito, for example, instead of using sparkling water, use Cava instead! it is amazing! once I had a passionfruit flavoured one which was also really nice flavour combination!
