Hope y'all are doing well.
I have been contemplating on getting a laptop because of the flexibility it offers to work remotely.
I've been using my PC so far but the downside of it is you can't move around while working.
So I started looking at my options and saw a wide range of windows laptops.
So far in the last 25 years, I've owned 5 windows PC and laptops and decided to have a change.
Thought of switching into apple ecosystem as I've always heard it being better in terms of quality and functionality.
After a little bit of research into macbooks for creators, I have narrowed down on two options- one being Macbook Pro M2 Pro 14" and the other being Macbook Pro M2 Max 14".
Some reviews say M2 Max is an overkill. That its not really necessary for most of the work.
My thoughts are that if I get the M2 Max,it would last me for a long time of atleast 8-10 years without being outdated.
M2 Pro however may feel outdated in 5-7 years.
It's a difficult choice between the two.
If you're an apple user, What's your opinion about the two laptops and what do you suggest for someone who wants to use it for official purpose + content creation/ video editing and gaming on the weekends?
