I think a lot of daily active users on inleo.io would agree that we need to increase the activity on the site, month in and month out and one of the easiest way we have for that is creating and replying to threads. Threads are a great way to create a social interaction with others, by replying to people you give them the opportunity to reply back thus creating another thread and the cycle begin.

I consider myself more active then I ever was n Hive (except for curation) and this is mostly due to the launch of threads, although I am fare off from the thread experts doing 100 a day, I am on track to getting my first 1000 by this summer.

With threads you can growth your audience and build activity for the chain which in the long run will create more value and attention towards the ecosystem.

As an investors should be a concern to you, you want to growth your investment here and at the same time you can build a network of people with similar interest, which could translate to future business partners.

Threadcast: building your numbers while having fun.

Two days ago it really hit me that if you can mix fun or a topic you like then your are more likely to write about it and interact with people, I joined the EURO 2024 threadcast during the quarter finals and I got probably over 20 threads over a few hours of game with only a few other people interacting and I thought it was great, your realize that others have the same goals/interests which is to grow the platform.

Threadcast allows us to interact in real time with others on the blockchain which never was the case before, you could sometimes have a conversation in the comments sections of an article but you would never know when it would stop.

With threadcast for specific events, you have a deadline which gives people structure to interact with. You know that if you post during the window of time, you have a chance of striking a conversation or having a reply to your threads, you also know that after the time has passed that you don't need to keep going as people have moved somewhere else so you don't have to spend time monitoring an older threadcast.

This alone is making this blockchain more of a social media platform then it was before with just long form blogging. Khal really strikes something here, long live project blank 🦁

Where is the competition?

I haven't research into it but I don't think we have actually competition for a decentralized blockchain with actual social media like features where you can earn income from activity and bringing people in, this could be Hive's killer feature: the ability to deploy business that make money and can scale on this fast blockchain.

Anyway the point of the article was a tip to see all your threads

Because finding your replies is not that straightforward if you don't know about it, the answer is in the filter on your profile.

The useful one to see the all threads isn't that intuitive but you have to click on Parents (4th) this is because by default your profile's threads will only show the high level (parent) thread you have created and replies for other. You have the ability to change that by showing the parent thread of other author where you have left a reply.

This will show on the second screenshot where you see the option light up (in green for me because of my Premium setting of color)

Now you see all your threads and replies.

As you can see as of today I have 335 threads and 363 replies, this increase of 50 threads basically came from a single day where I joined 2 threadcasts (Lion's dent and euro), both where active which encourage me to post more and interact with the people in them.

Conclusion

Let's together break the 90k threads from June and make over 100k this month, to increase your activity, create a few parent threads that are engaging, maybe tips, polls, react to news, also reply to other users to create an interaction and finally join threadcast your are interested in and thread there without moderation.
