Feeding eggs to infants could provide them with key nutrients for better brains, according to a study.

The research, published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, found that infants who were in introduced to eggs beginning at six months showed significantly higher blood concentrations of choline, other biomarkers in choline pathways, and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

"Like milk or seeds, eggs are designed to support the early growth and development of an organism and are, therefore, dense in nutrient content," Iannotti said.

This lady hit the nail on the head with that statement. Eggs are all the stuff life needs to grow in a confined area. So it makes complete sense that adding eggs in anyone's diet not just babies is going to provide some major benefits.

"Eggs provide essential fatty acids, proteins, choline, vitamins A and B12, selenium and other critical nutrients at levels above or comparable to those found in other animal food products, but they are relatively more affordable," Iannotti said.

The results showed that early introduction of eggs significantly improved linear growth and reduced stunting among infants who were introduced to eggs beginning at 6 months.

Also, eat the whole damn egg too. Don't remove the yolk because as you can see from the picture below the Yolk contains all the nutrients and by throwing it away you're not getting the full benefits from eating eggs. Also the whole cholesterol myth that eggs are bad for you is non-sense. Cholesterol is needed for health brain and hormone production.

The fats you need to watch out for are unnatural fats from processed vegetable oils like canola. These oils contain trans fats that the body just cannot process very well. So gobble up those eggs if you want a happier and healthier life.
